Fun project! In Q1 of 2027, I’m releasing a meditation album called Workday Reset with Chelsea Szabo in partnership with boutique record label in Nashville (Green Hill Music). I’m working with their GM Blake Davis.

  • I’ve started filming videos for a YouTube Channel and perhaps Instagram called JoyfulForties - about following whims, random insights, helpful tools and such that make this decade the healthiest/happiest/most successful yet…

  • I see so much opportunity beyond just speaking in terms of expansion - online training programs, certifications for other coaches to teach my framework or be speakers, turning the quiz into a full assessment, etc.
