  • EDGE (Energy Development for Growth & Expansion) is a leadership training program that helps managers build capacity, resilience, and presence by learning to work with their energy as strategically as they work with people, projects, and deadlines. Over five weeks, participants explore practical tools to recognize, manage, and direct energy—so they can lead with clarity, steadiness, and impact, even under pressure. In today’s climate of constant change and mounting stressors, this is the missing piece that turns strong managers into sustainable leaders.

  • EDGE is for strong managers who are already delivering results but need greater capacity to sustain it. In today’s high-pressure environment, skills and experience aren’t enough—without presence and energy capacity, even the best training gets lost under stress.

    This program equips mid- to senior-level leaders with the ability to access and apply what they already know—communication, strategy, people skills—especially when the pressure is highest. It’s not about doing more; it’s about having the capacity to lead differently, with steadiness, clarity, and impact.

  • EDGE can be delivered virtually for distributed teams or in person for organizations that want an immersive experience. While I’m based in Los Angeles, I’m available to travel for in-person programs.

    The content is flexible—designed as a five-week series, but it can also be consolidated or reformatted into half-day, full-day, or multi-day events to fit your organization’s needs.
