Before you begin, find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably, minimize distractions and use headphones for the best experience.

This is a guided 45-minute breathwork session designed to help you release built-up stress, reset your energy, and return to a clearer, more focused state.
In fast-paced, high-performance environments, pressure can build quickly, impacting clarity, creativity, and how we show up each day.
This session offers a simple, effective way to pause, reset, and reconnect.
In this session, you'll:

What to Expect
We'll begin with a brief introduction to the breathing technique. From there, you'll be guided through a 25-minute breathwork practice. You may choose to participate seated in a chair or lying down. We'll close with time to integrate the experience and reset before returning to your day.
No prior experience is needed.
What You'll Need
A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted, a stable internet connection, and optional items such as headphones, a yoga mat or blanket, and water.
Meet Your Facilitator
Chelsea Szabo is an executive coach and founder of Personal Energy First. For more than 15 years, she has partnered with leaders and teams across global organizations, helping them develop the internal capacity to stay clear, focused, and effective under pressure. Her approach combines executive coaching with evidence informed breath and body-based practices to help people regulate stress, restore energy and sustain high performance without relying solely on willpower.
